What services can you provide at home?
Wellness exams and everyday primary care, IV therapy and vitamin injections, medical weight loss, pain management, sclerotherapy, Botox and dermal fillers. If you're not sure whether something can be done at home, send a request and we'll let you know.
Is it safe to have treatments at home?
Yes. Every visit is performed by a licensed, board-certified nurse practitioner using sterile, single-use supplies and the same clinical protocols as an office visit, with emergency equipment on hand.
Can NPOTG be my primary care provider?
We offer wellness exams, sick visits and ongoing check-ins for common conditions. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What should I have ready for my visit?
A comfortable chair or bed near good light, a small table, and a list of your current medications. For aesthetic treatments, please have clean skin with no makeup on the treatment area.
How soon will I see Botox results?
Neurotoxin starts working in 3–5 days with full results at about two weeks. Results typically last 3–4 months.
